This Privacy Policy explains how Oval Innovations LLC (“we”) collects and uses information when you use Throwdown (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- Account data from Twitch. When you sign in, we receive your Twitch display name, email address, profile image, and Twitch user ID via OAuth.
- Challenge and transaction data. The challenges you fund or receive, amounts, statuses, disputes, and related timestamps.
- Payment data. Payments and payouts are handled by Stripe. We receive limited identifiers and status information from Stripe; we do not collect or store full payment-card numbers. Streamer identity/bank details for payouts are collected directly by Stripe.
- Technical data. Standard log and device information (e.g., IP address, browser) generated when you use the Service.
2. How we use information
- To operate the Service and process challenges, payments, and payouts;
- To send transactional notifications (e.g., challenge and payout emails);
- To resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support;
- To comply with legal and tax obligations.
3. Service providers we share with
We share the minimum data necessary with providers that help us run the Service:
- Twitch — authentication;
- Stripe — payment processing, payouts, and identity verification;
- Database & hosting providers — to store data and run the application;
- Email provider — to deliver transactional emails.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies and sessions
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the Service to function.
5. Data retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations and to resolve disputes.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at support@ovalinnovationsllc.com. Note that we may need to retain certain records (e.g., transaction history) where required by law.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
